East Cierras Solutions was started in 2018 as a partnership between industry subject matter experts. Many of our partners and associated have a background in establishing enterprise security programs and enterprise architecture solutions for state Medicaid agencies, commercial medical, and insurance companies.
Our primary focus is on the establishment of security programs for enterprise scale clients. These programs required strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and laws. We work with the client to develop Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Best Practices to govern all aspects of your organization. We can outsource security operations, audit, oversight, and management services. Additionally, we can train your associates from departmental staff to Chief Information Security Officers to bring your organization into compliance as quickly as possible.

The platform consists of East Cieras Solutions' collection of applications and modules. Most applications and modules are designed to function as stand-alone systems which when used in conjunction with each other can leverage the utilities and functions of the others to produce a single application customized to the needs of the client. In addition to full applications and modules, East Cierras Solutions has created a number of supporting tools that can be leverage to provide common services and a defined externalize integration API which can be shared with other vendors to allow for cross vendor modular implementations within the community.
